Late Policy

Clients are allowed to be up to 15 minutes late and must send some form of notification at least 30 minutes before scheduled appointment.

Privacy Policy

  • Your private information is never sold or shared outside of the salon organization. Only your service provider, salon owners, and necessary employees with traceable logins have access to your information, such as booking history, credit card details, and/or health history.

  • Your private information, including but not limited to appointment history, payment details, and/or health concerns, will be securely stored in our salon database. It will not be misused or shared outside of the organization. 

  • Your contact information is required in order for the salon to clearly communicate appointment details and reminders, product and marketing initiatives, and business announcements.

 

 

Booking Policy 

HAIR IS INCLUDED FOR ALL SERVICES.

All services require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable.  Appointments paid in full will be allotted to rebook within the following 30 days.

All services must be booked one week in advance. Extension orders must be placed two weeks in advance to leave time for shipping and changes. we will provide revisions to any service or replace any defective product WITHIN 72 hours of service or shipment retrieval.

Cancellation Policy

If your appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled, we MUST receive notice within 24 hours. If we do not receive notice, you will be charged a $25 re-booking fee and an additional deposit. In addition, if you are sick, we ask that you please reschedule. Our staff and our guests' health is very important to us. A cancellation will result in a loss of deposit. However, our reschedule will be waived.
